Return & Refund Policy

This policy is issued by Studio Us LLC, the registered business operating Studio Library (studiolibrary.shop).

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information. Requests submitted after this window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your book must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email support@studiolibrary.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions, including the address to ship the item back to.

Who Pays Return Shipping

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: we cover the full cost of return shipping, and send a prepaid return label.
• Changed your mind / no longer wanted: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Method & Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email that it’s been received. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

Gift cards and digital access codes (if applicable) are final sale and not eligible for return. If an item arrives defective or damaged, this exception does not apply — contact us and we’ll make it right.
