Order Processing Time

Every order is carefully packed and dispatched from our fulfillment center within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Cost & Coverage

We offer free shipping on every order, to every country we ship to — no minimum spend required. We currently ship worldwide.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Domestic (same country as our fulfillment center): 2–3 business days
• International: 4–5 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can vary due to customs, local courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s progress. You can also view your order status anytime by logging into your account.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@studiolibrary.shop with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package, and if it’s confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, though we’re happy to help redirect a shipment where possible before it leaves our fulfillment center.
